- 100-150 ml Organic Olive oil
- 5-6 N clove
- 3 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
- 3 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 100 ml Almond oil
- Keep the fenugreek and fennel seeds each separately in the water for 3-4 hours. (Water should be the same level)
- Make the paste of these seeds with water.
- Heat the olive oil in the pan.
- Once heated then mix the Fenugreek and fennel paste.
- Stir it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Once it turns to brown color, then add Cloves and leave it to cool.
- Lastly, Add Almond oil in it.
- For applying this oil, take it in the palm and rub it for 2 minutes to provide the heat. (Hot oil circulates the blood faster and gives you the better results).
- Then massage it in both directions clockwise and anticlockwise for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Along with this, cover up the nearby skin in the massage.
- Use it daily before go to bed at night. (Because Muscles are more relaxed at the night, and now this remedy could provide you the adequate benefit.)
Almond and Olive Oil are rich in fatty minerals which help to tighten the breast muscles and good for further growth.
Fenugreek Seeds has an abundant amount of Vitamins and Minerals which repairs the pre-radical damages and helps to stiffen the saggy muscles.
- 1 cup Lentils
- 1 N Onion Juice
- 1 cup Fennel Seeds
- Make the paste of onion and strain it with the help of Fine cloth.
- Soak Lentils and Fennel seeds in hot water for 2-3 hours.
- Add Onion juice in it and make a thin paste by using mixer.
- Apply this paste like a pack on your breasts and leave it for 15-20 minutes, then wash it out.
- Use this pack daily in the morning before bath for desired results.
Lentils have phytoestrogens, which is good for breast tissue enlargement and tightening. Onion is very beneficial for enlargement of the breast but the smell of onion is quite unpleasant, so you can use rose water instead of Onion Juice.
