Homemade Immune Booster Drink

So are you ready to make this super powerful homemade immune booster drink? Here we go!

Ingredients

300-400ml Orange Juice

350ml Pomegranate Juice

1 medium Pineapple

100 gm Gooseberry

20 gm Ginger

1tbsp Stevia

1 tsp Pink salt

1600 ml Water

Directions

Chop up pineapple, ginger, and gooseberry to blend.

Simply add 100 ml water with chopped items and blend well. Rub through a sieve to extract the juice.

Mix orange and pomegranate juice in extracted juice.

Now add Stevia, Pink Salt, and 1500 ml water to boil at high flame.

Once boiled, leave it for 10-15 min on a very low flame.

Afterward, it will produce the foam on the upper surface, that’s the indication of completion.

Remove the foam and drink once it chilled.

Benefits of Homemade Immune Booster Drink

Orange has copper which is good for hemoglobin. Potassium presents in pomegranate is beneficial in bloating and water retention. 

Pineapple is good to eat in arthritis, bronchitis, muscle cramps. It is high in potassium which helps your brain muscles to be more flexible.

Dosage

You can take it anytime in the morning, noon or evening. But take only 50ml at once.

You can preserve it up to 1 month in the freeze and 7 days outside the freeze easily.
